Now that more and more live meetings are opening back up and many groups are continuing with Zoom only, Live only or hybrid Live/Zoom meetings, your District 22 group needs some quick, updated information. Please use this simple, editable MS WORD document form to fill in the blanks and return it to us as soon as possible, please.
Regularly scheduled meeting(s) dates and times each week: (This form is writable so use as much space as necessary to be complete and accurate, please, even if it goes to multiple pages. Just place cursor after each day of the week to type and complete ALL information.
Please note if “OPEN” or “CLOSED” and meeting type; i.e. speaker, Big Book, Step, etc.?
