XII. Old Business: Accepted
- Workshop Thoughts: Motioned and unanimously voted to postpone (prior April 4th) workshop till October 3rd
- Voted on suspending/tabling Tradition meeting commitment depending on how things progress with the pandemic
- Unanimously voted and everyone agreed to keep reading the Tradition during our GSR meetings and have a discussion following 🙂 The pamphlet we read for the month of July touched on the progression of alcoholism/heavy drinker/losing control/beyond help)
- Other suggestions: Tabled discussing
- Having a 3 minute timer for people sharing on Tradition
- Using 12 traditions illustrated (shortened version of Tradition)
- Discussed having Pat F. (past delegate), Caroline N. (current alternate delegate) to join our meeting and do a brief presentation
- Also discussed having Area visitors speak at the beginning of the meeting rather than at the end, in order to have enough time and not be rushed
- 7th Tradition donations from groups and individuals can be sent to Arretta via VENMO.
- Arretta doesn’t have a personal VENMO account but has one that is used for Life or Death. To differentiate, we will put “District 22” in the subject line when sending donations

- August GSR Meeting : Zoom or outside? Voted unanimously to have it outside at normal meeting location next time on August 11th (or in the gym if it rains)
- Start discussing Workshop on October 3rd-thoughts whether Zoom or Indoor Workshop (tabeled)
- If considering an in-person and indoor workshop, We will need to book a venue sooner rather than later. Possibly Wissinoming Methodist Church (Tacony and Wiss AM Group location) if people are going this route? Tabled till the next month (August)
