5) ADCM; Dan S. reported we are looking forward to our Combined Districts 22 & 60 Spring Workshop Yahoo!! We are very excited to announce that we are having a combined workshop with district 60 about the rewards of being in service and how fullfilling it can be. On April 24th, 2021 at 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Wissinoming United Methodist Church located at 4419 Comly St ( Corner of Comly & Jackson ) Philadelphia (Tacony), Pa. 19135 we are hoping many can attend. I have inclosed a flyer with this email and it has both contacts on it. Dan S. District 22 215-971-6352 and JoAnne H. 267-977-0003. So please reach out if you have any questions or would like to be involved by volunteering in so way. And please spread the word we would love to see as many people as we can get to see how fun and rewarding service can be.

7) New Business; Accepted, We disscussed the issues about the Area 59 Pre-Conference Sharing Session 2021 and, I sent some information out to the new GSR’s and we suggested that maybe each group should have a emergency business mtg to better be able to have an informed opinion about the changes they are proposing. I will also attach the fyler for the pre-conference so the GSR’s can share that also with their groups. Elena B. also talked about the up coming convention and needing a guest observer, 1 from each area. I have also attached the information for that.
